In Color Brand LLC, doing business as In Color Rentals (“In Color Rentals,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain information when you use incolorrentals.com, submit a rental request, place an order, or communicate with us.

Information we collect

We may collect:

• Contact and account information, including your name, email address, phone number, company, billing address and delivery or pickup details.
• Rental and production information, including project details, rental dates, requested equipment, order history, communications, notes and requests for crew or production support.
• Eligibility and risk information, including identification, insurance certificates and related information when needed to approve or fulfill a rental.
• Payment and transaction information. Payments and card authorizations are processed by Stripe. We do not receive your complete card number. Booqable stores customer, quote, order and transaction records used to manage rentals.
• Website and device information, including cookies, IP address, browser and device data, pages viewed and interactions with this website.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries; prepare quotes; review, approve and fulfill rental requests; manage customer accounts, agreements, payments, security holds, pickup, delivery and returns; provide customer service; prevent fraud and protect our equipment; maintain legal, tax, insurance and business records; and operate and improve our website and services.

How we share information

We may share information only as needed with service providers that support our operations, including Booqable for rental management and Stripe for payment processing; website, email, analytics and IT providers; insurers and professional advisers; and government authorities or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety or property. These providers may process information under their own privacy terms and contractual obligations.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use necessary cookies to operate the site and may use preference, analytics or marketing cookies when enabled. Use the Cookie preferences control on this page to review or change available choices. Third parties may collect information about your online activities over time and across websites when their services or cookies are enabled.

Nevada privacy rights

Nevada residents may request to review covered information we maintain about them and, when appropriate, request correction or deletion, subject to identity verification and legal or operational retention requirements. Nevada residents may also submit a verified request to opt out of a future sale of covered information as defined by Nevada law. We do not currently sell covered information for monetary consideration.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including rental administration, fraud prevention and legal, accounting, tax and insurance requirements. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Children

Our services are intended for business customers and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices or legal requirements change. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
