Select your rental dates, browse the equipment and add each item to your Gear List. Open View Gear List, confirm the dates and items, then choose Continue to Rental Request and Submit Rental Request. Submitting a request does not reserve equipment. The Rental Team will confirm availability and send the quote and requirements. Standard pickups are by confirmed appointment Monday through Friday from 2:00–4:00 PM, and standard returns are by confirmed appointment Monday through Friday from 8:00–10:00 AM.

Contact the Rental Team immediately, stop using the affected equipment and keep it secure. Do not attempt a repair unless In Color Rentals authorizes it in writing. We will assess the equipment after return. The renter may be responsible for repair, replacement, loss-of-rental and related charges under the rental agreement and insurance terms.

Yes, when the equipment is available. Request an extension before the original return deadline. An extension is not approved until the Rental Team confirms it in writing, and additional rental charges may apply. If an extension is not approved, return the equipment at the original confirmed appointment.
