Step 2
REQUEST A QUOTE
Either go to the cart to create an account and send us your gear request (you will not be billed at checkout, this is a quote rest).
Step 3
PROOF OF INSURANCE
Sign the rental agreement and provide proof of insurance. You must have rental insurance for the value of the equipment rented as well as liability insurance. If you do not have insurance you can get it from our parter over at ATHOS INSURANCE. They can provide you with either short term rental or yearly rental.
Step 4
BOOK YOUR RENTAL
Once booked we will prop your gear. You can either pickup form our location or we can provide delivery.
OUR INSURANCE PARTNER
We are pleased to have established a strong and beneficial partnership with the industry standard production insurance provider, ATHOS. Their expertise allows them to assist with both short-term and annual insurance solutions tailored to meet your needs. ATHOS offers a comprehensive range of services designed to provide adequate coverage for both equipment and production activities. It is important to note that we REQUIRE insurance in order to rent equipment from us.
However, we do NOT mandate that the insurance must come exclusively from our partner, ATHOS. Instead, you will need to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) from your own insurance provider, which will be verified by our team before any equipment is released for your use. Details regarding the insurance requirements are clearly outlined in our rental agreement for your convenience.
